Golden Lotus Healing Spa World – Ultimate Relaxation Destination Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) Vietnam
Great Fun Activity to do in District 1 Mary’s boss took us to this really interesting spa. The Golden Lotus Healing Spa World.
I had no idea what to expect but It ended up being one of the more interesting experiences we had in Saigon. I learned how to make a lovely princess Leia hat out of a towel.
The spa had 4 floors filled with different rooms each with their own unique theme. My favorite rooms were the hot / cold jungle foot bath and the oxygen room. Just made me feel so healthy. Kind of wish I could pump my home with extra oxygen and feel that great all day.
On the second floor they had a few different types of saunas and a cold room which resembled the temperature of Canada. About 5 degrees C. There was this kid in there doing weird things so I would try to get him on video but he would stop as soon as he noticed me.
The 3rd floor had the jungle foot pool, karaoke, and several rooms with different colored lights. It’s supposed to affect your body in different ways. I’m curious to know if it really works but we never stayed in there long enough to notice an effect.
The top floor has a big relaxation area where you can hang out, play pool and get your feet eaten by fish. Good times in Saigon. Great place to go and relax for the day.
